Thôn Phò Trì (Palei Bumi) thuộc xã Tân Thắng huyện Hàm Tân, thôn có đến 80% là người dân tộc Chăm (khoảng 340 hộ gia đình). Người Chăm ở đây theo tôn giáo Bani (Hồi giáo) thường gọi Chăm Bani, thờ phụng thánh Allah và có Thánh đường “Magik Garam” hay “Masjid Garam” tại huyện Xuyên Mộc, tỉnh Bà Rịa -Vũng Tàu. Magik Garam bị cháy từ lâu, do đó người Chăm Bani ở đây không còn nơi thờ phụng, cầu nguyện, thờ cúng ông bà tổ tiên cũng như thực hiện những nghi lễ và sinh hoạt tập tục của Chăm Bani. |
Đoàn chúng tôi gồm Po gru (Sư cả), Imam (Imâm), bà Từ Thị Thỷ, thôn Thành Tín (Palei Cuah Patih) và Putra Podam có chuyến đi là thăm các palei Chăm Bani, thăm Po gru và Sang Magik (Thánh đường) ở tỉnh Bình Thuận. Hành trình được xuất phát từ thôn Thành Tín - Ninh Thuận, và palei đầu tiên được ghé thăm là Pacam thuộc huyện Tánh Linh. |
